Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SuperFoodLx Hair Wellness. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders such as with flash sales or during Christmas, shipments may be delayed by an additional 1-2 days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Christmas Delivery

We are not in control of delivery times for Christmas. Delays of up to 3 weeks can be expected when placing orders in December due to Royal Mail backlogs. For an intended December arrival, please place your order in November.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Your purchase receipt is acknowledgment of your order. To request your tracking number, please email; support@superfoodlx.com

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SuperFoodLx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

SuperFoodLx is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials, damaged goods and take a photo before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship to the Caribbean, Asia or Africa

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unopened items, in the same condition as sold within 14 days of receipt. If your product has arrived damaged, please photograph and send proof to support@superfoodlx.com. Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
